The University of Auckland Clinics
Our gym
Anyone who wants to maintain fitness, get fit and strong, lose weight and feel great is welcome at our gym.
Based on the feedback we get, we're sure you’ll enjoy our gym. Our service is relaxed and down to earth, but at the same time we have the sport and exercise science expertise to show you how to get great results quickly.
Because sport and exercise scientists head up our team, our clients enjoy advice concurrent with the most recent research.
We don’t clog up our gym floor with unnecessary equipment, but we do have everything we need to help you achieve your goals. Our staff pride themselves on staying up to date with current research, which means you get the best quality and most up to date knowledge to help you along your journey.
We’re a “teaching gym”. Students from The University of Auckland’s Department of Sport and Exercise Science assist our team to provide services. The students’ work is always supervised so you can be sure of a high quality service.
Compared with other gyms in the surrounding neighbourhood, our membership fees are very reasonable.
