The University of Auckland Clinics’ Exercise Rehabilitation Clinic, in conjunction with Arthritis New Zealand, invites you to the first of a series of seminars designed to help you learn about the different types of arthritis, the various options available to aid in the management of symptoms, and how exercise can be beneficial for arthritis.
